1/2: cup chopped green onions (8 medium)

2: medium apples, cored and cut into matchstick pieces

1: cup light honey-mustard dressing

I first made this slaw for Thanksgiving. I was looking for a salad to make and I knew that I didn't want the traditional. I don't like most slaws, but I saw this one in the book that was mailed to me. I figured I would give it a try, since it's not made with ColeSlaw dressing. If I didn't like it, I knew that someone else would. But it turns out that I am in love with it and so was my entire family.
