Simple Ingredients, I was able to get the meal on the table in 30 mins, the carrots were the best part! I over cooked the chicken, but that was my bad, not the recipe, I got distracted making a side dish. I would definitely make again, and the next time make sure I don't cook my chicken to death, lol!

What a surprise this was! While I was making it, I just couldn't understand how this was going to taste like anything. It was really good! I made mac and cheese (gluten free pasta) to go with it, and the gluten free carrot cake, listed on this site. It was a wonderful meal! I am so pleased because it was very simple to do.

This was delicious! I had to add about twice as much apple juice as the recipe called for but it had great flavor and the chicken cooked up amazingly tender. Will very much be making this one again
