Honey Mustard Bacon

Honey mustard bacon pairs perfectly with any brunch menu--easily made in the oven.

Ingredients

lb bacon (8 slices)
1/4
cup honey mustard

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with foil. Place wire rack on foil.
  • 2 Brush both sides of bacon slices with honey mustard. Arrange bacon in single layer on rack. Bake 20 minutes.
  • 3 Turn bacon over. Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until golden brown. Remove from rack. Cool completely, about 15 minutes.
