Honey mustard bacon pairs perfectly with any brunch menu--easily made in the oven.
lb bacon (8 slices)
cup honey mustard
Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with foil. Place wire rack on foil.
Brush both sides of bacon slices with honey mustard. Arrange bacon in single layer on rack. Bake 20 minutes.
Turn bacon over. Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until golden brown. Remove from rack. Cool completely, about 15 minutes.
No honey mustard on hand? Just mix 1 tablespoon honey with 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard for a quick homemade substitute.
