A very delightful fruit salad made with honey and lime.

can Pineapple chunks or tidbits (20 ounces)
1
can (11 or 15 ounce) Mandarin oranges, drained
1
large Banana, sliced
1
small Kiwi fruit, peeled, halved and sliced

cup Strawberries, quartered
1/4
teaspoon Grated lime peel
2
tablespoons Lime juice
1
tablespoon Honey
  1. Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup of the juice.
  2. Combine pineapple, Mandarin oranges, banana, kiwi fruit and strawberries in a large serving bowl.
  3. Stir together, reserved juice, lime peel, lime juice and honey in a small mixing bowl. Pour over salad and toss to coat.
  4. Refrigerate for 1 hour, if desired and serve.
