I have made this fruit salad many times. This can be made even a day ahead to save time in the kitchen. I add sliced almonds to the salad to give another layer of crunch. If I make a day ahead a add the almonds right before serving. The marinade is sweet especially once soaked into the fruit. A real crowd pleaser.
