Honey mustard complements the flavor of honey ham in these quick and easy open-face sandwiches.
pumpernickel bagels, split and toasted
teaspoons honey mustard
slices (1 ounce each) fully cooked honey baked ham
thin slices (1/2 ounce each) Swiss cheese
Heat oven to 400º.
Spread each bagel half with 1 teaspoon mustard. Top each with ham and cheese. Place on cookie sheet.
Bake 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
