small cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, then sliced (about 1 cup)

  1. Place greens on large platter; drizzle with dressing. Arrange ham, cheese, beans, cucumber and tomatoes in stripe pattern over greens. Sprinkle with sunflower nuts and onions.
