I would not suggest making this recipe unless you are ready for a mess. It doesn't go as planned. As the first reviewer stated, the honey brown sugar mixture is very thick and goopy. I microwaved it for 15 seconds to make it more pliable. Shaking the chicken in a bag has never been easier for me and I have made dozens of breaded chicken meals. I just dip it in a plate or bowl of panko or crumbs. The brown sugar goop was all over the inside of the bag and it just wasted a lot. Tasted ok. Might be better with regular bread crumbs or an entirely different recipe.

I was really happy to see the recipe came out since the kiddo is too young to like (appreciate) garlic/herb in the food. The only problem as I suspected was the sugar-honey-salt mix is a little bit tough to blend it well and coat. It does take some time to blend it and eventually I add an egg. I enjoy it with honey mustard dressing and here are some pix I did. http://www.chaisfood.com/2013/01/honey-brown-sugar-chicken-tenders.html I think it is something you really should try :)'cuz it smells nice in the oven.
