Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 450°F. Line large cookie sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. In large bowl, soften stuffing in water; let stand 1 to 2 minutes. Mix in beef. Shape into 18 (1 1/2-inch) meatballs. Place on cookie sheet.
  • 2 Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked and no longer pink in center.
  • 3 In 12-inch straight-sided skillet, heat cooking sauce and milk over medium-low heat. Add meatballs; mix lightly to coat. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce is heated through. Top with parsley. Serve with noodles.

EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

Double the recipe, and freeze half for another time! Freeze raw meatballs on cookie sheet lined with waxed paper. Place frozen meatballs in resealable freezer plastic bag. Once ready to cook, use same method, but add 5 to 10 minutes to cook time.

Don't have stuffing mix on hand? Substitute Progresso™ Italian style panko crispy bread crumbs.
