This pasta is delicious... cooked correctly, it is amazing. The taste is fluffy and the dough is fairly easy to handle. The only downside is that the shaping of the pasta is rather difficult. I would highly suggest you use a pasta machine. Everything else is fairly easy, and the finished product is wonderful.
