Directions

1 Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans). Grease bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan with shortening or spray with cooking spray.
2 In a 4-quart bowl, melt 1 cup butter over medium heat in the microwave; remove from microwave once done. Mix in granulated and brown sugar, vanilla and eggs until well blended. In a medium bowl stir flour, 3/4 cup cocoa and salt until well blended.Next, pour dry mix little by little into wet mix and mix well. Once all is mixed start adding the 2 cups of semisweet chocolate chunks and stir well. Then, spread in pan. Put in oven.
3 Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until set. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
