this was yummy BUT would have been better if it would have had more gravy (should have used two packs of chicken gravy) and my chickin was thick sooo i def. needed more Gravy!! Also i couldnt find the veggie blend soo i used a stir fy blend it didnt have potatoes but it had chesnuts things and that was good but i forgot the mushrooms and when i did remember them i was afriad it would take up to much of the gravy so we went without the gravy and also next time im gonna get some chciken rice to make with it I think that would make it even more yummy

As usual I did not have everything the recipe called for and my hcicken was s thick I ended up cuting in into pices. Cooked the chicken, then place din the oven to keep wamr. Added canned vegetables (rather than frozen) with their water to the chicken cookding pan and heated ti boiling. Poured it the pan with the cold gravy mix, mixec well and redded the chicken. Served with mashed potatoes on the side so that you could smoother your potatotes in the chicekn, gravy and veggie mix. IT was a hit at my house and very filling. You could change this many ways with different veggies.

I omitted the mushrooms, other than that I followed the recipe. I thought it was good, but a little bland compared to what I usually make. Next time I will add some spices, and as easy as it was to make, trust me when I say there will be a next time!

Loved it! I couldn't find the mixture of veggies, it included, but used the birdseye steamer with broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. I also added a can of whole peeled potatoes along with an extra packet of gravy. It turned out really well and even the hubby liked it! I will definitely be making this one again in the future.

Very good dish to have when the children don't want to eat their veggies. I added a couple more items to (fresh spinach, and a chopped a red onion(cut really fined). My children and husband was so quiet at the dinner table I forgot it was my family.

Really excellent and easy meal. I will save this recipe for sure. I wasn't to sure how it would turn out with just the salt and pepper to season, but it was fantastic.
