Very time consuming...a festive holiday cookie but mine didn't look as pretty. They spread out too much and lost their shape somewhat. Dough needs to be chilled...a little messy to put together. Flavor is very good! Don't know if I would make again since I spent so much time on them!

I made these at x-mas time I made trees,candy canes,stars I broke the Andes candy and around the design of the cookie.Dont put them to close to the edge of the cookie and make sure you seal the edges very good so they don't leak out.people enjoyed them nice mint chocolate inside. They are time consuming if you have little bakers it would be a fun project,use your imganation and go wild.

I was really hoping for a great cookie here. They look great, but the taste is awful! I hated these cookies to be perfectly honest! I was shocked at how terrible they turned out b/c I love BC and everything else I have baked turned out great! Maybe it was just me?!
