Tried them today and they all went flat. Had 2 trays the first was put in oven right after I mixed it,they went flat. The second I put in the fridge for about 30 min. Well they went flat also. They tasted great but flat. I'll stick to my grandma's recipe from Sweden that uses 3 warm hard boiled egg yolks mixed with the suger. Plus it takes crushed cardamon seed,this gives the cookies a great flavor.
