We have made this twice now and it is really good. We've used the flaky biscuits and the homestyle and both are great. My boyfriend and I are going to add some seasoning to it to tweak it a bit.. but this is awesome, I highly recommend and it is so super easy to make.

I thought this was just ok. Everyone loved it, but I wasn't thrilled with it. I think it is a good weekend brunch, but there are better brunch bakes on BC that have more of a 'wow' impact for special occasions or holidays and aren't any more time consuming. I like to make breakfast casseroles on the weekend for our family of 3 and then divide up the leftovers for easy breakfast re-heats on school/work mornings.

The whole family loved it; even my picky eaters. Very simple to prepare.
