I think this recipe is great! Definatley a keeper! I made it for my husband and friend and they scarfed it down. First time I made it, I halved it. I have used flakey grand and used original biscuits. The flakey ones poof up to the surface like the picture as the original don't, both are good. I think if it turns out soggy that means it wasn't fully cooked. You want to make sure it isn't jiggley, stick a knife in the center to see if it comes out pretty much clean! :)

This was delicious, I followed recipe exactly, the whole family loved it. Also reheats well in the microwave. Definitely recommend!

Excellent dish. I did a little revising though. Instead of the biscuits, I used frozen hash brown patties, browned. And instead of eggs, I used a container of all whites (only because I didn't have enough eggs, and didn't have any biscuits) It was delicious!!! And I would definitely make again!! By the way I did use maple flavoring sausage.
