this recipe was fun and easy to make but the biscuit area needs more seasoning! It was very dry and bland. I added cheese and Mrs. Dash to leftovers and it was better. Definitly season the bisquick batter before baking!

Not the greatest. Couldn't get it to seal and it was too dry. Not enough sloppy joe and to much biscuit. I think I would try a slightly different variation next time by using a casserole, putting in the sloppy joe and covering with half as much Bisquick. The taste would have been great if it hadn't dried out.

I really liked it. Was really cool looking, looks like you are serving a cake. Maybe a little dry, I used the heart smart bisquick mix, not sure if that made a difference. But it turned out just like the picture. Very easy, tasty, and pretty. Would make again.

This is very good, but needed a few more things. I added sliced mushrooms, chopped onion and red peppers (browned these ingredients in olive oil along with the ground beef).

This can be a little messy to make, but it's worth it! This is a great recipe for anyone with little kids, or even big kids, who make a mess a meal time. I loved the way it came out. It looks like a cake, but it's a meal!

This was a disaster. The bisquick needed to be as far up the sides and center of the cakepan as you could get. Then the filling, and "spooning" the remainder of the bisquick over the top was NOT the thing to do. It should be spred over the top and sealed as well as possiable to the rest of the bisquick. I won't try this one again. My family laughed at the results.

This was a disaster. I followed the recipe exactly and the idea of "dropping" the rest of the bisquick by spoonfuls left me with lumps of bisquick in various places and in no way could it have come out with a nice bottom that is attached to the rest of the top. I'll not try this one again.

Great dish for kids. I would use less bisquick and more meat
