family-size package (20 oz) refrigerated four cheese ravioli
cup olive oil
tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves
tablespoons chopped fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Grated peel of 1 lemon
cup shaved or shredded Parmesan cheese (1 oz)
Fresh basil sprigs, if desired
Cook ravioli as directed on package; drain and return to saucepan.
Add oil, basil, parsley, pepper flakes, salt, pepper and lemon peel; toss to coat.
Divide ravioli among 4 serving bowls or plates. Top with Parmesan cheese. Garnish with basil sprigs.
This also makes a great side dish.
To add more protein, add grilled chicken or shrimp.
