cup diced fully cooked ham

cup shredded Swiss cheese (2 ounces)

  • 1 Beat eggs, egg whites, chives, parsley, salt and pepper in medium bowl with fork or wire whisk until well mixed.
  • 2 Melt butter in ovenproof 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour egg mixture into hot skillet; sprinkle with ham and cheese. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until eggs are set.
  • 3 Set oven control to broil. Broil frittata with top 4 to 5 inches from heat about 2 minutes or until light golden brown. Cut into wedges.

I really expect stove top recipe's to be stove top only and not require broiling in the stove. Makes a difference when you are working around a broken oven.
