teaspoons dried oregano leaves

teaspoon garlic pepper

teaspoon salt

teaspoon onion powder

teaspoon chili powder

teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)

  • 1 Mix all ingredients.
  • 2 Spread rub evenly on 1 pound boneless meat (pork or beef). Cover and refrigerate 15 minutes. Grill meat as desired.
