I made this using Tilapia. It was great! My boyfriend who is not a fish fan even liked it. We served it with Long Grain Wild Rice and Spinach. We will be making this again!

I made this dish last night. It was super easy and very, very tasty. A few lemon wedges squeezed over the filets really brought it to life. I''ll definitely make it again!I served it with a side of roasted garlic couscous to which I added about a cup of a frozen southwestern style blend of corn, black beans, red bell peppers and onions. It was a huge hit, everyone loved it.

I used flounder fillet for this recipe. The flavor was delicious, but I have one caution. When cooking make sure to make the fish a deep golden brown, otherwise, the batter is still uncooked. I actually raised the temperature during cooking to medium instead of low/medium.The flavor, however, is absolutely delicious. I will probably try to make this again.

delicious!!!! I used a new kind of fish that I had never tasted before, not sure of the spelling, tailspin, and had fresh green beans and rice pilaf, very filling and melts in your mouth.

My family eats fish about once a week and I was looking for something different. I couldn''t find the Progresso garlic and herb bread crumbs. The only garlic and herb I could find was Shake and Bake. I used this instead and it still came out good. My fish was a little thicker than it should have been so it got a little brown making sure it was cooked. Next time I will fillet my fish a little thinner. Gives the taste and texture of fried without all of the oil.

My family LOVES this recipe!! It''s so easy to prepare, and we''ve even found that we can adapt this for pork or chicken. I like pounding the pork really thin and then making it, but no matter what you do, this recipe is WONDERFUL!

This is the first recipe for fish that I have wholeheartedly recommended. I have no qualms about serving it to company and it has induced me to have fish more often.
