Herbed Butter Sauce
cup butter or margarine
tablespoons chopped fresh herb leaves (basil, chives, oregano, savory, tarragon or thyme) or 1 teaspoon dried herb leaves
teaspoons lemon juice
Melt butter in heavy 1-quart saucepan or 8-inch skillet over medium heat. Stir in herb leaves and lemon juice.
