EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

By relying on flavor-intense herb coatings instead of fat-laden batters, you maximize flavor and minimize fat and calories. After you get the hang of it, experiment with your own herb combinations. You may never have the same dish twice!

Several brief bouts of exercise may burn more calories than one long exercise session. Some studies have shown that short-session exercisers drop a few more pounds than their longer-session counterparts. Short bursts of exercise boost metabolism regularly throughout the day, meaning calories are burned at a steady rate over a longer period of time.

This was very good. Make extra of the dressing, I tried it with the ranch and my kids (16 and 12) said a definite repeat dish.

I love this recipe! It's so easy to prepare, yet so very flavorful! I use ranch dressing instead of mayo. I serve cheesy mashed potatoes and lima beans or salad. My husband requests this on a regular basis now!
