I made this turkey today for Thanksgiving and let me just say WOW...it was so tender it fell off the bone...for the stuffing the only difference was I pre-baked my own sweet corn bread to use...The smell in the house was heavenly when we returned from church and the taste was pure bliss!!!

This was my first whole turkey. I used the turkey part of this recipe (no stuffing), and then put it in a roasting bag. I also added half an onion and half an apple, both sliced into wedges, into the cavity. WOW it was SO good. The seasonings were great.

This is THE BEST turkey you will ever make. I have made this turkey and stuffing for the past five Thanksgivings and EVERY SINGLE person raves about it. Super easy and the smell is incredible. Yum!!

LOVE IT!! I made it this last Thanksgiving and when Christmas came my inlaws called to make sure I was making turkey even though we weren't hosting. It has been unanimously decided that I need to make this turkey every year for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Wow, what a winner!
