Was really excited about this but it didnt turn out how I wanted with the recipe as is and then I read "Take the chickpeas out of the can and boil them, until they loose their transparent skin. These will float on the boiling water, so you can take them out with a slotted spoon." Without this step you dont get a smooth spread which is what I prefer. I also added a lot more olive oil and lemon juice for consistency and flavor.
