I love making this dish around the holidays. The ingredients are simple and the steps are easy. I don't change anything. My husband looks forward to this dish every year!

This is only the first half of my review. I think the ingredients are very do-able. I will make this dish tonight and let everyone know how it came out!

This recipe was really easy and the food turned out great. I had never made Cornish game hen before, and the recipe helped me understand how to cook it properly. I did change the sauce a little by simmering it for 15 minutes rather that the 1 minute called for. The sauce was great as a side dish as well as a garnish.
