I made this recipe for Thanksgiving dinner. We talked about wanting to cut into it before the Turkey! I simply topped it with cherries. Needless to say, there was none left the next day. Simply irresistable!

I just made this cheesecake as a "test" for our Easter celebration this weekend. I cannot believe how easy it was and how PERFECT it turned out!! The taste is amazing, and it did not crack at all. Thank you so much for this delicious addition to our Easter.

When searching for a plain cheesecake to make for my soon to be dtr-in-law's birthday, I was reading reviews on plain cheesecakes and with the rave reviews for Heavenly Cheesecake decided to give it a try. She LOVED IT, said it was the BEST cheesecake she had ever had. They go out to eat at some very nice restaurants. I have just retired and have been brushing up on baking things like cheesecakes and yeast breads and sweet rolls the last 6 months. So this was the first new cheesecake recipe I had tried. So it sounds like she will be requesting this one on a regular basis. THANKS TO BETTY CROCKER AND TO ALL THE OTHER WEB SURFERS WHO GIVE IT SUCH GOOD REVIEWS. PS. WOULD REALLY BE NICE IF WE COULD PRINT THE RECIPES ON 3' x 5" CARDS.

This cheesecake was wonderful! It had a wonderful light, fluffy texture and full of flavor. I made it with a graham cracker crust and it turned out perfect. It really lived up to it's name, heavenly cheesecake!
