Red Bell Pepper

Green Bell Pepper

cup Mushrooms

Green Onion

cup Mozzarella Cheese

spoon Bisquick
Salt
Pepper
  1. Separate Egg Whites and Yolks into a GLASS bowl, throw away yolk
  2. Slice all vegetables (except green onion) to desired size
  3. Add all vegetables to egg whites
  4. Beat eggs and vegetables together, add milk to "taste" so that the egg is spread a little farther
  5. Grease pan or use a non-stick pan pour egg and vegetables in, and cover
  6. Cook over low to medium heat
  7. (Optional Step) Flip the eggs and cover
  8. Slice the green onion and set aside
  9. Cover half of the eggs in cheese and fold
  10. Cut in half
  11. Garnish the top with the green onions slices
  12. Salt and pepper to taste!
