cup honey

cup unsweetened apple sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Place approximately 16 muffin cups in a muffin pan.
  2. Combine whole wheat flour, baking powder, salt, cereal, oats, wheat germ, coconut, craisins, chocolate chips, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Add skim milk, honey, egg whites, apple sauce, and banana and stir until just moistened.
  3. Spoon muffin mixture into the muffin cups and fill about 3/4 full. Bake for 14 to 17 minutes or until slightly brown on top. Let cool and enjoy!
