I made this for my bible study group last night and almost didn't have any to bring home. I did add alot more cheese on the top and browned it to make it a little bit cheesier.

My husband loves this recipe. He is always surprised it is low in fat too. I must admit, I blend everything in my magic bullet so the flavors are marinated nicely together. It is quick and easy too. Thanks, Mary

It's AMAZING!!! I was trying to find a way to eat less meat and I've just found the perfect way to do that! I just add some yogurt and runch instead of mayo and add some vegetables and olives... It turned the main dish!!! Thanks Betty!
