I made this for my my husband. He's the only one in our house that likes mushrooms. I cant give you my opinion as I wont come near anything with mushrooms. My husband wasn't very fond of this. Just kind of bland as we are huge on lots of spices and flavors. He told me " Please let this be a one timer. "

Delicious!! Only change I made was I transferred the browned (used bone-in assorted) pork chops to oblong baking dish with onions and (extra) sliced and whole mushrooms. Poured soup mixture (which I tripled ingredients for extra gravy) over all and baked 300 degree pre-heated oven for 3 hours. Then removed meat, skimmed visible fat and added sour cream to gravy. Served over brown rice pasta. Meat was very tender as opposed to not baking. This one definately goes into my recipe book. Thanks.

This was okay, may I suggest cooking the pork chops in a electric frying pan after browning both sides reduce the heat ( if no electric frying pan put the chops in a croc pot)after browning the pork chops on both sides. Then continue to cook the chops at lowest setting that would be simmer for 3 to 4 hours. The pork chops will be tender enough to cut with a fork if you can get them out of the chosen cooking untincile.

Fantastic. I used real mushroom and onions and substituted fat free chicken broth with a little flour stirred in for the cream of mushroom soup, and non-fat greek yogurt for the sour cream. I will make this again and again.

Excellent. I added sliced potatoes and left out the sour cream. Otherwise, I followed the recipe. The "gravy" was great. Definitely will make this again.

I used beef broth instead of water, and a bit more than half a can, used fat free cream of mushroom soup, and always use fat free sour cream, great change of pace way to fix those thin pork chops that are economical from our local market. I use cooked red potatoes for the starch.

This is very good I add a half of package Hidden Valley ranch [dry] to the sauce and the other half to the rice water, delicious!
