Took it to a family gathering. It was a big hit. This is not only simple to prepare, but healthy as well. The kids ate spinach without complaining. Will certainly make this again.

This is a great recipe that tasted as good as it looked. It was simple to make and my family loved it. I made a double batch and froze a tray too. I will be preparing this again.
