This soup got raves from start to finish! Easy to make and the smell had my husband standing over the stove waiting for it to be ready. I did use the whole package of turkey sausage and I think it just added to the richness of the spices. I didn't have "italian seasoning mix" so I just shook the dried oregano and dried basil a few times. I brought in enough to share at work and have shared the recipe with 5 coworkers! Delicious and I loved the way the kale stays crisp and firm. One of my new favorites!

OMG! This soup is off the hook delicious! I followed the recipe as is and it turned out great. My Hubs thinks I should serve this at least once a week. Next time I'll try using chicken stock for a richer tasting broth.

Yummy! I had fun making this soup and it was wonderful! My husband loved it too. I can't wait to take it to school to share on "Soup Day." Next time I will chop the kale up smaller and I perfer a bit more salt...but yummy! Highly recommend it.

This was wonderful. Tasted like Zuppa Toscana from Olive Garden. I loved it and it was easy to make. I had left overs and made the mistake of leaving it on the stove. It boiled and the cream separated. Just remember to heat slowly and on low once you have added the cream. Would not want to waste one spoonful! Excellent! Will do again.

My entire family LOVED this recipe! I did Sub heavy cream in to make it a slightly richer flavor, it's not something we make all the time so why not. Whoever came up with this recipe Thank You for sharing!
