I have been cooking pizza's on a thick pizza stone on the grill for a while now. Its the closest thing to restaurant quality - the crust gets crispy & firm with a nice dough consistency. All the toppings melt perfectly & the kids LOVE them. I make the dough in the breadmaker then roll out 4 individual pies - they can make their own, help cook & enjoy. One of our favorite meals! Use anything in the fridge to make your own custom pizza - great for clean out nights!
