61% less sat fat • 50% less fat • 25% more calcium than the original recipe. Reduced-fat ingredients helped cut the fat, while green chiles boost the Tex-Mex flavor.

Delish! Will make this again ... I'm not even a huge fan of chicken enchiladas (I prefer beef), but this was very flavorful. Add this to your recipe box!

This is great for diet food! lots of flavor. I did add a little more green chiles than called for. I used LaTortilla Factory whole wheat, low carb tortillas - only 50 calories!

Wow! These are delicious! I added hot green chiles to make them spicier. The cilantro gives it a fresh taste....I have added this recipe to my box : ) my husband can't wait to show off his lunch at work lol

This is a GREAT recipe! It made exactly 8 enchiladas and everyone liked it--even the pickiest of eaters. It tasted almost like authentic mexican.

This had a nice presentation, however, because I didn't have coriander, cilantro or jalapeno in it, it didn't have much flavor. It wasn't bad but just somewhat bland. I think I'll make it again but add some taco seasoning to help spice it up.

this was about as bland as bland could be. and it didn't make 8 enchiladas even though i only used 1/4 cup filling per tortilla. i only gave it one spoon 'cause i was forced to, it really deserves none. a complete waste of food!

YUM! My picky husband said it tasted just like the restaurant's. I didn't dare tell him it was healthified.

I made these on a Sunday as they take a little while to prepare. They were really good. I didn't have cumin, coriander or cilantro so I just served them with salsa. Big hit and leftovers to boot!

This recipe is sooooooooo good!!! I used a can of Rotel for the tomato and green chiles. I topped with some sour cream and made beans and rice to serve as sides. The sauce is so creamy and flavorful! Such a great change from red or green sauce. This is definitely something I will make again and again!

I made this for myself (no family) and it was pretty good. Enchiladas are normally kind of heavy and these were great. I prefer a little more spice but the chicken was awesome!
