I made this recipe twice now and to my surprise my family really liked it. Simple to make and a quick meal after a long day. Add a salad on the side and you are good to go.

I made this tonight for dinner and it was a big hit. The only thing different was I added one can of black beans rinsed and drained to stretch the recipe a bit because I have a large family. Everyone thought it was wonderful!

As is this is very soggy & lacks a lot of flavor. I added some crunchy tortilla strips when serving for some texture, & think it could use some salsa to add more flavor.

This is the second time I made it. The first time I made it as the recipe directed and I found it good but a little bland. This time I made it as directed but made the following additions/substitutions: instead of a tomato I used a can of fire roasted tomatoes with garlic; seasoned the chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder; added 1/2 cup hot salsa; added 15oz can black beans drained; 11oz can corn drained; 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion. I then topped it with crunchy tortilla chips. It was unbelievable!

Oh my, made this for new year's eve and it was a big hit. Recommend it to everyone. for the holiday party, I did not do the low-fat version. I also substituted the the chicken breast with an oven roasted chicken. I also used cream instead of milk.

My family loved this recipe - kids too!! I made the same tweeks to the recipe as most of the other reviewers did. I used the Rotel tomatoes, green onions, tortilla chips and I didn't add the milk. I also sprinkled sliced olives on top and it turned out great.

My husband and I loved this recipe. I used canned tomatoes with green chilies, somewhat drained. Like most everyone said, it was a little mushy, but the flavor was fantastic. I used a lot of garlic and onion powder on my chicken, that may have helped with the flavor. Next time I will add some onions, also I will put some crunched up tortilla chip and then put the cheese on top and bake for 10 more min. I will definitely make this again.
