DELICIOUS!! Even without cheese (I accidentally forgot) it was still good. We ran out of salsa so I had to use canned tomatoes (drained) but that worked out great. Even my non health nut husband likes these! Definitely adding them to our weekly dinner list!

Just finished making this but skipped the tortillas to reduce cals. Loved it! I followed the serving sizes and put them in bowls with cheese on top and it was great! Highly recommend.

Made this tonight for my family as we are trying to eat healthier. It was so good and so filling only thing I would change is less cilantro it seemed to over power the rest of the ingredients other than that it was a great success.

WOW! Amazing! Easy to fix! Easy to eat! Not a lot of mess! Even my husband who doesn't like "healthy" things ate this up and asked for more! I told him late that it was "healthy" and he said it didn't even taste healthy. Will most definitely be fixing this again! Will use green chiles next time instead of cilantro as someone else recommended. Could have used more spice. Love! Love! Love!

I absolutely loved this dish! I grilled the chicken on the foreman grill, subbed wild long grain rice for brown rice, and used chilles instead of cilantro. I topped it all with green pepper and tomatoes for an extra veggie boost! It was delicious! I thought that with the use of chillies and extra chili powder it would be too spicy, but it wasn't! I definitely recommend this!

This turned out very good. I prepared it a little differently though. I cooked a pound of chicken breast in a skillet, then added the black beans, salsa, and chili powder to it and mixed it up. I also omitted the cilantro as i am not a fan of it. It was very tasty and my husband loved it too. I will make this again. Pretty quick and easy for a weeknight dinner.

I made this recipe thinking I would be the only one who would like it. Turns out, once I sat down to eat, my daughter and my husband both wanted to give it a try. We all loved it! I usually have to doctor up recipies that I find online but this one was perfect. I highly recommed!

Loved this recipe. My husband who is not known to love healthy recipes really liked this as well. All the healthified recipes we have tried so far were really good. The creamy chicken enchiladas, ham and penne pasta, curry lentils and lasagna healthy recipes from Betty Crocker were also a hit. Keep up the good work!

Success! I wasn't sure if my husband would like this (he's very picky) but I am excited to say we can add this to the list of meals that he likes!
