I prepared these delicious mushroom caps for a New Years Eve party. They were consumed within minutes and I wish I had made a double batch. I used leftover stuffing in a scrambled egg mixture the next morning and the flavours were awesome! I will definitely make this recipe again! I also sent this recipe to friends who also love them! These would be great for a family reunion!

The flavors were really good. If I made them again, I would soak the mushrooms in the balsamic for a few minutes. Also, i used portabella mushrooms, and they were a bit chewy. The thinner mushrooms were better. Maybe the chewy ones were just undercooked. I would probably try a different kind of mushroom next time. Overall, they were a big hit, the presentation was beautiful, and they were pretty easy to make!
