I loved these!So did my husband and my 9yr old son. I would definitely recommend these for parties or even just at home with dinner.

The flavors were really good. If I made them again, I would soak the mushrooms in the balsamic for a few minutes. Also, i used portabella mushrooms, and they were a bit chewy. The thinner mushrooms were better. Maybe the chewy ones were just undercooked. I would probably try a different kind of mushroom next time. Overall, they were a big hit, the presentation was beautiful, and they were pretty easy to make!
