whoa! i make this exact same recipe, except excluding the water, and using parmigiana cheese instead. it's completely delicious and you can't even tell that most of the ingredients are reduced fat! perfect for any occasion.

This was so good! EXCELLENT! I used regular cream cheese and light ranch dressing. Just as good with the celery as with crackers.

I had the non-healthified version a couple of weeks ago and this is just as good. We served ours with tortilla chips.

I made this for my boyfriend for a football Saturday and he LOVED it! He actually ate it not as a snack but for a meal. I ommited the onions and actually put it in a crockpot on low so that it would stay warm. (it took about an hour to melt together)

I made this dip for our superbowl party, and I have to say that it was the worst thing on the table. Ended up throwing it all away..........NO GOOD DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

I've made this dip a few times and my family enjoys it very much. As someone else mentioned, it's nice that you can make it as hot as you prefer. I've also substituted chunky bleu cheese for the ranch and that worked well also. It's a movie night staple anytime I have leftover roast chicken.

My family (and friends) love this dip. It is so easy to whip together and in a pinch you can use canned chicken breast. If you want it hotter... just add more buffalo sauce. It is a definite keeper!
