We've replaced ingredients with great-tasting alternatives to create better-for-you recipes that are just as yummy as the originals.
It's the blue veins that run through blue cheese that provide the characteristic flavor—and name. Gorgonzola, Stilton and Roquefort are all varieties that would be delicious.
We found that after 2 days, the dressing lost some flavor and texture so try to use it up within that time. If you'd like a smaller amount, go ahead and cut the recipe in half.
