great recipe! the flavor of the sauce was great. my issue didnt have anything to flavor- but the beef itself. Instead I tried using a beef that was reconmended for use in a slow cooker and it did not taste very good. next time I will be using a better quality meet.

This dish was delicious! I only used 2/3 cup sour cream though as upon a taste test, I felt it didn't need the full 1 cup. Next time I'll put in the mushrooms to cook with the meat and broth instead of adding them towards the end since I would like them a bit more soft. My entire family enjoyed this meal. Great recipe!
