These were mighty moist. I also had some extra mashed banana added in and then I replaced the oil with the extra mashed banana and applesauce! Delicious! Will definitely make again!

A tasty muffin with a nice texture. I substituted raisins for the chocolate chips. I also substituted Splenda for the sugar to save some calories. I will make again -- this recipe is a keeper!!
