Love this meatloaf. I always make more sauce. We like to heat it up then drizzle more over each slice on our plates. Some time I just use ground turkey, still very moist.

I made this last night for dinner minus the ground turkey (just ground chicken) and it was AMAZING! It had great flavor! My daughter didn't even realize it was ground chicken she was eating! THUMBS UP!!!!

I have made this meatloaf twice so far. It's simple and delicous! Very moist and filling. It's great eating it cold as well!

This recipe was a big hit in a house full of picky eaters. I am always looking for a healthier version of meat loaf and this will be my go-to recipe from now on. It was delicious, easy to make and very moist in spite of being made with lean turkey and chicken. Thanks Arlene!

I love this recipe, and I don't like meatloaf! I added shredded carrot & diced bell pepper, along with poultry seasoning. The carrots made it a little more moist & the poultry seasoning amped up the flavor.

This healthy version is delicious and sooo easy...I have tried to use ground chicken and/or turkey before only to be disappointed in the lack of flavor and moisture. The use of the onions and zucchini make it moist and add a subtle flavor, if you have kids, they won't even know that there are veggies in it!!! Arlene, you've outdone yourself with this one!!!

Decided to try this recipe and my husband loved it, full of flavor that you can't tell its the "healthier" version. I added my twist to it and put some fresh cilantro and oregano, parsley spices and it was just as great. The recipe is for about 8 people but it's great to make and then split the meat in half, freeze the rest for another day. If you like more glaze, you may want to make a little extra to add. I will most definitely make this again!

I made this meat loaf for a healthy valentine's day dinner and even molded it into a heart shape loaf....I don't like to mix the ingredients with my hands so I put them in a ziplock bag and mix them all together.....the next day for sandwiches was even better! Mashed sweet potatoes and a salad made it the perfect meal ! Bravo Sugar !

This is a fantastic recipe. I am always looking for ways to lighten things up, without sacrificing taste. It tastes much lighter than ground beef based recipes, but it has a lot of flavor. The entire family loved this meatloaf. Note: I did not chop the zucchini as finely as the recipe called for but it turned out just beautifully.
