Hazelnut Granola Cookies

Ingredients

pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ oatmeal chocolate chip cookie mix
1/2
cup butter or margarine, melted

egg
1
cup chopped hazelnuts (filberts), toasted

cup raisins
  • 1 Heat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, stir cookie mix, melted butter and egg until soft dough forms. Stir in hazelnuts and raisins.
  • 2 Onto ungreased cookie sheets, drop dough by tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart. Flatten slightly.
  • 3 Bake 8 to 9 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks.

Expert Tips

To toast hazelnuts, spread in ungreased shallow pan. Bake uncovered at 375°F 4 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until light brown.
