After reading the review by Indaburgh I knew I had to try this recipe and boy was I pleasantly surprised! I've tried many pizza dough recipes and have yet to find one that just wowed me, until now. I just used this recipe for the dough because I make my own sauce and like my own toppings as well. This dough is so easy to make and spreads so easily onto my baking stone. The texture is just amazing and it holds up so well to many toppings. This will be the ONLY dough recipe I use from now on. Try it, you will not be disappointed. My husband and toddler LOVED it too!

I will only review the whole wheat crust here as I make my own sauce. But WOW! I've been making pizza crust from scratch for about 20 years now and this crust is awesome! Quick, easy, and spreads by hand famously. Two tips to improve it ever so slightly; 1. If using quick rise yeast, put it in a 1/4 cup of almost hot water along with about 1/2 teaspoon sugar, mix well and wait until super foamy before mixing it with the rest of the almost hot water and flour. 2. after beating by hand for 20 strokes, just knead it a few times to make sure it's mixed well. Other than that it is the BEST pizza crust recipe with a fraction of the guilt. Go for it and enjoy. Easy, easy, easy.
