medium avocado, pitted, peeled and chopped

cup crumbled chèvre (goat) cheese (2 oz)

cup dried cranberries

cup poppy seed dressing

cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  1. In large bowl, carefully toss all ingredients; transfer to serving bowl or plate.
  2. Garnish with extra chèvre and dried cranberries, if desired. Serve immediately.
