Corn Tortillas
1/3
Cup Oil
1
Lbs Ground Beef
1
Tsp Lemon Pepper
1/2
Tsp Paprika
1/2
Tsp Chili Powder
1/2
Tsp Cayenne Pepper
Salt
1/2
head Shredded Lettuce
1/2
Cup Shredded Cheese
Mexican Cream/ Sour Cream
  1. First Pour the oil in a pan on the stove to med heat, once the oil is heated up put the tortillas in one at a time, once you place the tortilla in the pan fold in half, once that side is golden brown you and flip it over using a fork. Once both sides are golden brown place the shell on a plate with a napkin to catch all the oil.. keep doing this to all the tortillas. Once they are all done set them aside while you cook the meat.
  2. In a saucepan on med heat place your ground beef, once it is almost cooked all the way add the lemon pepper, paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper and salt (If you would like to make it spicier add more paprika/chili powder/ or cayenne pepper to your liking). Stir it all together until its cook all the way, the ground beef will have a nice reddish tent to it. let cool for a few minutes.
  3. Now, Grab a taco shell add ground beef then lettuce, cheese, and cream. and Enjoy :)
