Ingredients

1
lb ground beef
1
medium Zucchini
1
orange bell pepper
2
cups egg noodles
1
cup water
1
packet taco seasoning

  • 1 Brown ground beef in a large skillet pan. When beef is done, turn heat on medium/low. While beef is cooking, slice Zucchini and bell pepper into medium pieces. Also, boil egg noodles in separate little pot.
  • 2 Add taco seasoning to beef, (follow instructions on the seasoning packet, usually it requires some water)
  • 3 Once egg noodles are mostly done, add noodles, zucchini and bell peppers to beef, add the cup of water.
  • 4 Once noodles, zucchini and bell peppers are tender, it is done!

Increase or decrease amount of water as needed. Also, top with sprinkly cheese and put it on a taco shell for delicious tacos!
