I thought it was dry also. First I doubled the sauce mix, still dry, so I added a can of cream of celery soup and a half can of water. This made it much better. Next time I will also use my own potatoes instead of the Simply Potatoes. Not bad overall.

Made this tonight but used about double the ingredients for the sauce. Added in 2 grated celery stalk, a few chopped up garlic cloves, and potatoes from roast from few nights ago (I cooked extras to use just for this). It smells and taste delicious - did not add in tomato as oldest son does not like Thank you for this and I have linked it to my post in CafeMom. Oh yeah, I'm gonna serve with italian herbed ciabata bread-sliced and fresh pineapple chunks

I precooked potato in microwave, used 1/3 cup minced celery instead of the celery salt, and fresh tomatoes. 1/4 teaspoon of Seasoning salt helped a lot. I also used a small amount of real butter instead of oil and sauteed the onion and celery before I added the meat. I will make again.

Made this recipe tonight. I used ground turkey instead of ground beef, diced my own potatoes and onions and threw in fresh chopped tomatoes from my garden. 2 TBSP of beef bullion replaced the cream. It was quite good and I will make it again.

I didn't really care for this dish. I thought it would have been good with a beef gravy instead of the cream sauce. I will not make again.

It didn't have enough flavor. Ground beef needs to be seasoned while it is cooking. Needed more onions and more spices. Also it was better without the tomatoes.

I made this with boneless chicken breast cut into cubes and added red and orange sweet peppers, creole seasoning, garlic salt, and cajun seasoning! No cream.....just added a bit of chicken broth to help cook the potatoes and make them tender. It turned out awesome!!! Will definitely make this again! YUM!

Made this dish a lot when my family was young....got it from my mom, who never used a recipe! Added mushrooms, and a little more onion. Didn't use cream, tho', and if there were leftovers, mixed scrambled eggs for a morning breakfast!! Wonderful dish!

Tried this recipe last night and it was a huge success. My husband loved it and my kids ate all of their dinner without being told. A true winner in my book. I did add a sprinkle of cheddar cheese over the top when it was finished cooking. I will definitely make this again.
